Every call starts the same way. The dead front comes off and we read what is actually in there: conductor condition, how the neutrals and grounds are landed, what the load looks like against the bus rating. Guessing from the outside of a panel is how people get sold work they do not need.

A breaker that keeps tripping is a symptom, not a diagnosis. We find the reason, separate what is a safety problem from what is a preference, and put protection devices where they actually do something. You hear what we found in plain words before a tool comes back out.
